1. Promo period is from August 1 to October 14, 2023.
2. The promo is open to all Unionbank Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing and who have received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
3. Eligible credit cards are the card types mentioned above.
4. The promo entitles eligible Cardholders to 40% OFF on Lunch Buffet at Spiral, excluding a la carte and beverages orders using their eligible UnionBank Credit Cards during the promo period.
5. Offer is valid from Monday to Saturday.
6. Offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 diners and a maximum of 10 diners.
7. Promo rate is only applicable to the full-priced regular buffet rate. Kid’s buffet rate is not applicable to this offer.
8. To avail of the offer, the cardholders must use their eligible UnionBank Credit Cards to pay for their bill. Cardholders must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail of the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
9. Prior reservation is required. This promotion is not applicable to walk-in transactions. Down payment shall be required for dining groups of 6 and above.
10. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
11. Promo can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
12. Take-out, down payments, payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties are excluded from the promo.
13. Service charge shall be excluded from this promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include service charge and local taxes.
14. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Spiral or Sofitel offers and promotions. Senior Citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A 9994 or their VIP membership privileges, as the case may be. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
15. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.
16. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of UnionBank credit cards.
17. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of UnionBank and Sofitel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
